As in "And Yes I said Yes I will Yes."
What would happen if you said yes to EVERYTHING to for five years?
What would it mean to live your life in the "Yes?" Like, I mean, permanently? Dude.

Living your life totally in "the yes" would before you know it mean you were living your life totally for others.
There's a lot of power in "no".
Knowing when to say no is sometimes a more difficult skill to cultivate, but is essential to your survival and thriving.
The answer is working toward the right balance of yes and no.
