Collaborators.
One of the things that has been really neat to see is old friends and colleagues working on a script together. In some sense, they have a shorthand, but the big thing is that you can tell they've learned how to talk to each other and how to be blunt/honest with each other in the room. Some of what we're seeing are people with a long professional history together coming together from all over the COUNTRY to mount a new piece together.
And it really seems to work.
Yet another incentive to FIND YOUR PEOPLE. This is truly an instance of circles rising together.
