These are all writing prompts Erin and I either thought about or used with the group in the development of our play...
1) Write a letter to (the place in which your play takes place)
2) Write a letter to the child you haven't had yet.
3) Freewrite. Begin with the sentences: "I saw the world end. Here's how it happened."
4) Write about a dream you had that ties into the play as you understand it.
5) Write a love letter from one character in the play to another.
6) Draw a map of the play, or of your experience of the place where the play takes place.
