1) Take five minutes to draw a costume for your character.
2) Take ten minutes, using anything you can find, to weave a textile for your character. Incorporate a sentence into the weaving.
3) Remind students of the connection between text and textile.
4) Find a place to leave your textile where you think your character has something to learn, a place where there is a lesson for your character. Leave it there.
