Imagination, Inspiration, Invasion - Ehn

In the order in which we did them.  There are some missing.

1.  List all the trees you can think of.
2.  List train terms.
3.  List FAKE TOWNS, that don't exist.
4.  Imagine standing on a bridge, looking down at someone walking far below.  Describe who you see, what you see that person doing.

Idea presented after these exercises:
Lists one & two is a list that relies on memory, the brain's ability to name things.
List three relies on understanding, your ability to use the contents of your mind.
List three relies on will, how you present yourself to the world.

So memory = the contents of your head.  Understanding is what you do with the contents of your head.  Will is how you then ACT, how you move from your interior world to the exterior world.

Each of these - memory, understanding, will - are known at their edge, are know in the test of themselves.  We test our memory by stretching it to its limit.  We test understanding, and make it strong, at the breach of rationality.  We test our will at the edge of how we present ourselves to the world.
